Mr. Becker is a specialized
Marketing Merchant, formed by the renowned Chamber of
commerce in Villingen-Schwenningen/Germany. His career
began with his own company in the trucking business.
After having sold that company to a French forwarder
he focused on the sales of abrasives and woodworking
machinery. In 1994 he got together with Plocher Moebelelemente
in Voehringen/Black Forest, a classic supplier of furniture
parts. He was the export manager and managed to get
the export quota up to 33%, from zero. The markets were
France, Holland, Austria, Panama, the US, China and
Poland. During his activities for the leading European
and Chinese producers of laminated floorings - Classen
Group (Kaisersesch/Germany), E.P. I (Marlenheim/France)
and Golden Butterfly Decoration Materials Co. Ltd (Beijing/China)
-, he was able to get a profound knowledge about Asian
markets, mentalities and business opportunities. He
traveled regularly to countries between Pakistan and
Japan. Mr. Becker lived two years in Shanghai and two
years in Beijing and used these cities as the hub for
his commercial activities in Asia. He built up a representative
office for E.P.I in Shanghai and was deeply involved
in the founding of a joint venture factory for Golden
Butterfly in Tianjin/China. Since mid of 2003, the company
Ingo Becker Consulting was founded and works nowadays
with big success. Mr. Becker travels in a rhythm of
3 months between Europe and Asia. Since October 2005
Mr. Becker is also a certified flaw-detection specialist
(magnetic and penetration methods).

Chali Chen

Ms Chen is a fully formed secretary
with outstanding grasp and excellent technical understanding.
She studied at the renowned University of Xi¡¯an in China¡¯s
central Shaanxi Province. Her connections with Germany
are founded on a one-year stay, as an Au-pair in Boeblingen/Germany
and her German husband. She started to work as a personal
assistant for Mr. Becker in March 2002. Ms Chen is fully
based in China and fulfills different duties in the
company. She does the basic market research and is the
first person to turn to for the non-English-speaking
customers. She speaks English, German and several Chinese
dialects. In the past few years, she has become the
¡°heart and soul¡± of IBC and ¡°right hand¡± of the owner.

Patricia Xu

Miss Xu is the lawyer of our company and
holds a full-time employment here. She studied law and
economy at the Tianjin University and first worked in
an international law-firm, after graduation. Later, she
was the purchase manager of the biggest printing company
for intelligent cards and cigarette-boxes. Miss Xu takes
care of the sourcing orders from our international customers.
With her long-time experience in purchasing and law, she
has become one of the main carrying pillars of our activities.
She is also fluent in English and understands German.

Nick Tung

Mr Tung is our man in the southwest of
this wonderful country. He is based in Chengdu, capital
of Sichuan Province and holds our office there. He coordinates
mainly all kinds of things related to the steel industries
and automotive companies in the southwest. He studied
at the famous Beijing Natural Sciences University with
a major in Computer Society project. His technical skills
are based on the card-test center of the Bank of China
and on a good experience in Science and Technology. He
is very familiar with business consulting with a three
year experience in this field.

Catherine Fang

Being formed and trained at the Xi¡¯An translators¡¯
college with double major in English and Tourism (Bachelor¡¯s
degree), Ms Fang is the ideal Partner in executing all
kinds of daily tasks, which involve all kind of administrative,
account-related and other forms of clerical office work.
She is our key person when it comes to introduce new,
customer-related software and additional functions to
our software. When you call our office, you will generally
speak to her first. Ms Fang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese
and English. |

Li Guangshuai

our computer man. Originally being formed
at the Heilongjiang University for agricultural Mechanization
is nowadays the specialist for all of our Computer-related
things and all kinds of print issues. He designs, layouts
and prints (with our partner-printing companies) the Chinese
brochures for our overseas customers and takes care of
their Chinese-language Websites and user interfaces. This
man thinks in Java and other programming languages. When
you talk to him, you should always make sure that he switches
over to Chinese or English. He is also responsible for
all the marketing and Web-presence of IBC. He takes good
care of all the data systems in our company and has always
a state-of-the-art solution in his pocket. He also makes
sure that the customers¡¯ and suppliers¡¯ software can communicate
with each other. |
